Man arrested for crashing into police car

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — A man was arrested Sunday after crashing into a Chattanooga Police car.

Police arrested David Upton.

Authorities say the police officer was treated for minor injuries, and Upton walked away uninjured.

Police say Upton faces several charges including reckless endangerment, vehicular assault, and driving under the influence.
