Man indicted in DeKalb County murder
DEKALB COUNTY, Alabama (WDEF) – On August 24th the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office received a grand jury indictment for murder on Jason Lee Loudermilk, 31 of Sylvania in conjunction to the Kenneth DeWayne Shaw’s murder case back in November of 2015.
Loudermilk was in Jackson County Jail on unrelated charges when the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office received the indictment.
DeKalb County Deputy transported Loudermilk from Jackson County Jail to the DeKalb County Detention Center.
Sheriff Harris says “Because this is a Grand Jury indictment and we do not have any further information on this case.”
