Marlon Kiser New Evidence In Deputy Killing

A setback for the man trying to get a new trial for killing Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputy Donald Bond.
A jury found Marlon Kiser guilty for Bond’s death back in 2001.
Kiser’s attorneys asked prosecutors to re-examine unidentified finger prints and a palm print from Bond’s patrol car.
State Officials did find a print from the driver’s side door of Deputy Bond’s car.
According to the Hamilton County District Attorney’s Office, that print has now been matched to Marlon Kiser.
