McMinn County Men Arrested For Sexual Assault

MCMINN COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) – Two men in McMinn County have been arrested after reports say they sexually assaulted minors.

60 year old David Lange of Etowah is accused of touching a juvenile female inappropriately.

Lange was charged with aggravated sexual battery.

33 year old Charles Allen Hester of Englewood is also accused of sexually assaulting a female minor.

Hester is being charged with Statutory Rape.

Both cases were brought to the Department of Children’s services and then brought to the McMinn County Grand Jury.
