Meigs County looking for man who jumped out of courthouse window

DECATUR, Tennessee (WDEF) – Meigs County officials are searching for a man who apparently didn’t like a judge’s decision about him.
Rashad Hawkins was in Child Support Court on Monday.
The judge gave him prison time for failure to pay.
But before they could take him into custody, Hawkins jumped out of a second floor window and ran from the courthouse.
Now the sheriff is asking for the public’s help to find him.
