Meth, marijuana, cash and scales seized in Rock Face area investigation

WHITFIELD COUNTY — Over 300 grams of Methamphetamine and over 750 grams of marijuana have been seized following an investigation in the Rocky Face area.
According to the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO), a patrol deputy attempted to serve an arrest warrant on an individual in the Rocky Face area.
While attempting to serve the arrest warrant, he obtained probable cause to get a search warrant for the home.
They say the search yielded over 300 grams of Methamphetamine and over 750 grams of marijuana.
As a result of this investigation, Peter Cudd was arrested on scene and charged with:
- Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute
- Trafficking of Methamphetamine
- Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
- Distribution of a Controlled Substance
- Possession of Marijuana
- Possession of Drug Related objects.
