"I Believe" Teen Moms Seminar Gives Young Mothers Hope

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF)--Raising a child is challenging enough, but that challenge becomes even more daunting for a teen mom. That's why a couple of local counselors put together the "I Believe" conference for teen mothers this weekend. It's designed to help those mothers find the resources they need to get ahead.
