Man, woman and baby survive large Chattanooga house fire
UPDATE:
The man who jumped out of a window obtained a head and leg injury, CFD said. The HCEMS took him to a hospital.
The stairs burned, which made it difficult on firefighters to move through the building.
The CFD said a firefighter suffered a shoulder injury and was taken to a hospital as well.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — A man, woman and baby are safe after a substantial house fire on Friday afternoon.
The Chattanooga Fire Department responded to the residential fire at 3511 Parkway Drive.
However, one man jumped out of a window to escape the flames. The CFD said that he was injured.
The fire also extended to all three floors of the house, according to firefighters.
The fire department received the call just after 2 p.m.
Additionally, they said that multiple fire departments assisted in extinguishing the flames.
Chattanooga Fire Department said investigators are on the scene.
