Red Wolves score in stoppage to win home opener

EAST RIDGE, Tenn. (WDEF) — In front of 2,072 fans, the Chattanooga Red Wolves won their first home match of 2021 against Fort Lauderdale CF Saturday night. Josue Espana scored his third goal in two games in the first half, as the Red Wolves led 1-0 at the break. Fort Lauderdale evened the score around 60′. Then Jason Ramos got the game-winner in stoppage time.

Red Wolves haven’t lost a game yet this season. Saturday’s three points puts Chattanooga tied in fourth place with seven points.
