Sequatchie Deputy fired over DUI arrest
DUNLAP, Tennessee (WDEF) – A Sequatchie County deputy has been fired after being arrested for a DUI earlier this month.
On December 1st Ryan Patterson was found asleep in his vehicle while it was running.
Dunlap Police say the officer woke Patterson and found that he was intoxicated.
Police say Patterson refused to take an alcohol test.
He was arrested and taken to Sequatchie County Jail and charged with DUI and Implied Consent.
