10 years for man convicted of sexually abusing a minor

CHATSWORTH, Georgia (WDEF) – A Chatsworth man has been sentenced to ten years in prison and ten more on probation for child sexual abuse.

30 year old Robert Scott Brehm was convicted in February of sexually abusing a single victim who was underage for about a year.

Prosecutors say he admitted to some, but not all of the alleged touching before taking a polygraph exam.

But Brehm maintained his innocence during the trial and plans to appeal the conviction.
