Shooting on Central Drive

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – Early Sunday morning, Chattanooga Police responded to a person shot at the 400 block of Central Drive.

Officers responded to reports of a person shot at Sky Zoo, a nightclub and sports bar on Lee Highway. They located the victim, Jelani Sorrell, 33, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.

Sorrell advised the shooting took place at the 400 block of Central Drive, where a crime scene was established.
