Soddy Daisy woman indicted for aggravated statutory rape of a teenage boy

SODDY DAISY, Tennessee(WDEF) – A Soddy Daisy woman is facing one count of aggravated statutory rape of a teenage boy.

Rebecca Hudspeth, 26, was indicted by a Hamilton County grand jury.

According to the indictment papers obtained by News 12, the illegal sex act occurred between July and September of last year.

According to the indictment, the teen was between the age of 13 and 18 and Hudspeth was 10 years older than the boy.

Hudspeth is out of jail on a 7,500 bond.

Her next court appearance is April 29.
