Sources Confirm Tom Arth to be Next Mocs Football Coach.

Tom Arth, was the coach at Division III John Carroll University in Ohio.

Arth played QB at John Carroll in College.   During his pro career he backuped  backed up  Peyton Manning with the Indianapolis Colts from 2003 to 2005.
