Suspect pleads guilty to murder of Chatsworth man
CHATSWORTH, Georgia (WDEF) – One of the two suspects in the death of a Chatsworth man pleaded guilty on Wednesday.
Justin Hooker admitted to malice murder in the plea deal.
He was sentenced to life in prison.
Officials found the body of Kenneth Bunn from Chatsworth a year ago in the Conasauga River Bridge. Investigators say he was shot at the scene.
Both Hooker and Nadya Swartz were arrested for this murder.
Investigators said Swartz was the victim’s ex-girlfriend and that Hooker was her current one.
Her case is still pending.
She faces a murder charge and possession of a weapon during a crime.
Swartz has pleaded not guilty.
