Teen drivers more distracted by other teens than their phones

AAA crunched the numbers from the latest Governors Highway Safety Association report in Tennessee.
Distracted driving is the number one cause of teen driver crashes.
And teen passengers are the number one distraction.
Deadly wrecks involving teen drivers rose by 10% in 2015.
So how can teens be less of a distraction when they are in the car?
