Titans Hope to Snap 3-Game Losing Skid Against Cleveland

The Titans return home Sunday against Cleveland hoping to put an end to an ugly three game losing streak.
The Titans feel-good start against Kansas City seems like a distant memory.
Tennessee has lost three straight, and they’ve been out-scored 100-34 in those three games.
Said Titans head coach Ken Whisenhunt,"After you have such excitement after the Kansas City game, and the disappointment for three weeks, it’s not easy. We’re working hard. We’ve still got that pit in our gut that hurts."
Said Titans safety Bernard Pollard,"You know we’re a 1-3 football team. The first quarter of the season was horrible. We sucked. I’ll say that again. I mean what I say. We were horrible."
Said Titans defensive end Derrick Morgan,"That’s what we need man. We need a win man. It has been a long time, but we need a win."
If you’re a team looking for a win, got to love facing the Cleveland Browns.
Said Cleveland head coach Mike Pettine,"We pop up on the schedule. Based on our current record and our recent history. People are going to look at the Browns, and they want to pencil it in. It will be penciled in as a win more often than not."
Titans quarterback Jake Locker is expected back after missing last week with a wrist injury.
He’ll try to ignite an offense that’s 29th in the league in scoring.
Said Whisenhunt,"I could go on. You want me to talk for 30-minutes? There are a lot of things that we need to improve. It’s starts with third down. It starts with turning the ball over. It starts with making plays on the ball. Cutting down penalties."
The month of October will likely determine the Titans fate.
Said the Voice of the Titans Mike Keith,"But the key to all of this for the Tennessee Titans is we’ve got to win games at LP Field. And in the month of October, we have three games at home, and we need to win all three of those games."
