Titans QB Marcus Mariota Ready For Improvement in His Second Season
The Titans are gearing up for their season opener Sunday as they entertain Minnesota.
Quarterback Marcus Mariota threw for nearly 3,000 yards in his rookie season.
Both Mariota and his head coach believe year two will be even better.
Said head coach Mike Mularkey-“Well I would hope to think he is light years ahead of where he was at this time. With all the game experience he had last year. All of the things he has had to go through since he has been here.”
Said Mariota-“You know it has been a long time since you’ve really been in the regular season for me by missing the last couple of games of the year last year. I’m just excited about going out on the field and just go out there with the guys.”
