Two UTC employees, including Associate Vice Chancellor cited for having sex in public
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF)- UTC employee Joseph Wiram has now been booked and processed at the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office after a citation for public indecency required that he turn himself in Monday.
Alongside Wiram, UTC Associate Vice Chancellor James “Chuck” Cantrell was cited Sunday for having sex in public.
The misdemeanor citation stated on November 3rd, Chattanooga Police detectives were working undercover at Cinema One on Rossville Blvd when a detective observed Cantrell having sex in the adult DVD store.
The citation also reported detectives said Cantrell and Wiram were involved in a sex act.
Cantrell was booked and processed Sunday. He is set to appear in court on January 2nd.
Scott Jarrett, of Murfreesboro, was also cited for public indecency during this time.
