VIDEO: See underage UTC student’s drunken journey through Campus

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – One UTC student is facing several criminal charges after he drunkenly drove his vehicle across Campus with it all being recorded on video.

Police report that 20-year-old Dylan Matthew Buck was arrested Saturday for DUI, in addition to possession of a controlled substance and several other charges.


Buck is seen on video being served at Jefferson’s Bar on Georgia Avenue. He is then shown getting into his car and striking a curb before he left the vehicle and continued on foot.

Buck then entered the Memorial Auditorium where he was confronted by a uniformed Hamilton County Sheriff’s deputy, according to the Chattanooga Police.

He was told to leave the premises, all while holding an open alcohol container in his hand.

“The HCSO has been made aware of the alleged incident and the video,” a spokesperson for the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office said.

“The issue has been forwarded to the Internal Affairs Division for further review. At this point, no action has been taken as this is currently being investigated by the Internal Affairs Division.”
