St. Elmo’s “Little Coyote” to open this month

ST. ELMO, Tenn. (WDEF) — Little Coyote, a new St. Elmo restaurant, has set an opening date.
They plan to open their doors to the public on Monday, November 13, 2023.
The Little Coyote is located at 3950 Tennessee Avenue.
Owners of Little Coyote, Erik and Amanda Niel, have two other restaurants as well. Those are Easy Bistro & Bar and Main Street Meats, both in Chattanooga.
The restaurant is currently hiring and those interested can apply here.
Erik Niel says the restaurant is an ode to his time in Texas, and Little Coyote will serve smoked meats and tortillas.
This restaurant will be walk-in only, according to the owners.
