Ice on the Landing Kicks off on the Riverfront

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – Get your ice skates ready folks! The much anticipated Ice on the Landing is back on the riverfront for another year.

Chattanooga Presents partnered with Volkswagen Chattanooga to make this year bigger and even better than the last. The new season will last just eight weeks, offering people of all ages the chance to enjoy plenty of ice skating fun.

Last year, for its big debut, more than 30,000 visitors hit the ice ring, and organizers expect even more this time around. "This just is a really feel good place," said Carla Pritchard, owner of Chattanooga Presents, "You know, families are here, kids, folks of all ages but everyone’s in a good mood when they come and they have a great time."

The last day to skate will be January 18th of next year. Tickets are $10 for two hours, and that includes skate rentals.
