Aggravated Assault Arrest

Hamilton County, TN (WDEF)-Hamilton County Sheriff’s deputies made an arrest after a woman said she drove off because a suspect was shooting at her vehicle.

The woman told police that she had dropped off a friend in the Holly Hills Subdivsion and was leaving when a male stepped out in the roadway and began questioning her.

The man asked if she had seen three men walking or driving. When she said she had just dropped off a friend, the suspect quickly pulled a gun and pointed it toward the vehicle.

The woman then took off. The vehicle that she was driving had four visible defects caused by projectiles from a firearm.

The investigation lead deputies to Mykhael Hicks and he admitted to firing his weapon at the car.

Hicks was charged with Aggravated Assault, Felony Reckless Endangerment and Vandalism over $1,000.

Hicks’ bond is set at $45,000.
