Christmas Eve Shooting Suspect Arrested

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF)-  Chattanooga Police arrest the suspect involved in a Christmas Eve shooting.

22-year-old Ornesha Swafford is charged with Attempted First Degree Murder, and Aggravated Assault, among other charges.

The victim, 20-year-old, Daysha Joyner was shot in the leg in 1900 block of 12th Avenue.

Police say the shooting may have stemmed from a disorder between Swafford and Joyner.
