CPD Investigates Shooting on Ohls Ave

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn, (WDEF) – The Chattanooga Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place around 5:30pm Saturday in the 3700 block of Ohls Avenue.

Chattanooga Police say officers were called to Erlanger Hospital after two men arrived with gunshot wounds.

Officials say both 21 year old Geonta Gaines and 19 year old Antwain Edmonds have non-life-threatening injuries.

According to Chattanooga Police, investigators determined that the shooting took place in the 3700 block of Ohls Ave and collected evidence from that scene as well as at the hospital.

Chattanooga Police say that the suspect vehicle has been described as a grey or silver Ford, but no other suspect information is available at this time.
