Dade County High School Marching Band performs in Chicago

CHICAGO, Illinois (WDEF) – A local marching band received some national exposure today.

The Dade County High School Marching Band performed in Chicago today.

The band was in the Windy City to perform at the McDonald’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

The band was invited through an audition process back in January.

Since then, band members have raised the money to make the trip to Chicago.

The parade was live streamed at WGNTV.com.
