Deputies arrest suspect in Funeral Home and Monument Co. burglaries

PALMER, Tennessee (WDEF) – On Tuesday, the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office got a call about a man laying outside the Layne’s Funeral Home in Palmer.

They also found that the funeral home had been burglarized.

Deputies found some of the missing items on 27 year old Tyler Nunley, the man laying outside.

They also found items from Privett’s Mounument Company next door.

Officers placed Nunley under arrest.

But the Sheriff says more arrests could follow in the coming days.
