Dodgers Prospect Corey Seager Making Lookouts Home Debut

Chattanooga-(WDEF) One of the top hitting prospects in the Dodgers organization makes his Lookouts home debut on Monday night.

Shortstop Corey Seager has been promoted to Chattanooga after hitting .352 in A-ball with 18 homers.
The 6’4 Seager was the Dodgers first pick in the major league draft in 2012.
For now, Seager is not worried about high expectations.
"I don’t really pay attention to it. I just try to go out and win that night and hope for the best and kind of let all that stuff stay off the field."
Reporter-"What do the scouts maybe tell you that they like about you or what they are hoping to see more of from you?"
"I think what they dislike the most is defense. They think I’m too big for shortstop, but I’ve put a lot of work into it this year, and it has gotten a lot better."
