Free flu shots in Cleveland this weekend

CLEVELAND, Tennessee (WDEF) – As flu cases continue to take their toll on southeast Tennessee schools, the Bradley County Health Department is offering free vaccines this weekend.

The State Health Department says influenza activity is widespread in the state now.

Nearby Polk County schools are closing Friday & Monday because of sickness.

The free flu shots will be at Bradley Central High School at 1000 S. Lee Highway on Saturday.

The event last from 10 AM til 2 PM, or as long as supplies last.

You can also schedule an appointment for a free vaccine at the health department.
