Judge revokes Johnthony Walker’s bond

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Johnthony Walker’s bond has been revoked by a Hamilton county judge.

The driver of the school bus that crashed and took the lives of 6 students in 2016, remains in a Davidson county jail.

The 25 year old Walker was sentenced to 4 years in prison earlier this year, but was free on bond pending an appeal.

Criminal court Judge Don Poole this morning revoked his bond after Walker was charged with having sex with a 14 year old girl in Nashville.

He is under a $350,000 bond for aggravated statutory rape.

Walker’s next court appearance will be July 20 before a Nashville judge.
