How can police departments avoid situations like we saw in Ferguson? Chattanooga Police Chief Fred Fletcher unveiled a plan today that he's used in other communities. Uber Causing Distress For Chattanooga Taxi Drivers

In the past week, taxi drivers in Boston, Cedar Rapids and right here in Chattanooga have begun demanding elected officials make a decision on Uber, the ride sharing service. Chattanooga's City Council discussed the issue Tuesday but tensions are growing between Uber drivers and registered taxi cabs in the Scenic City.

Cigna Changes Their Handicapped Symbol

The old, iconic handicapped symbol has been around since most of us can remember. However, the insurance company called Cigna wants to change that. Their Chattanooga office now shows a slightly modified image. WDEF News 12's Alisha Searl takes a look at what that image is and why they say it's important for the community.
