Norfolk Southern plans railroad crossing maintenance in Hixson area next week

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Norfolk Southern will be conducting routine railroad maintenance at several Hixson area crossings next week. The following roads will be closed at the railroad crossing beginning Monday, May 2, 2016 until 5:00 pm on each indicated day:

• Old Hixson Pike
• March Road
• Lower Mill Road
• Sandswitch Road
• Boy Scout Road

Detours will be posted.
