Nude couple busted in front of Hixson Waffle House with more than just their clothes off

CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee (WDEF) – A call to Chattanooga police about an act of indecent exposure lands two people in jail with multiple drug charges.

Marissa Worley, 28, of Chattanooga and Coey Waller, 39, of Soddy Daisy are both facing multiple drug charges and a charge of indecent exposure.

According to Chattanooga police, it happened Friday night in front of the Hixson Waffle House on Highway 153.

An officer was called to the scene after someone reported indecent activity in the parking lot located directly in front of the restaurant.

When the officer arrived, he walked up Worley and Waller who were reportedly nude and engaging in sexual acts inside a parked car.

When the officer searched Worley’s car, he found unmarked pills bottles filled with Xanax, Alprazolam and Oxymorphone.

According to an arrest affidavit obtained by News 12,  both suspects told the officer they didn’t own the drugs, but right before they wre transported to the Hamilton County jail, a small bag of Oxycodone was taken off of Waller.

Waller has previous drug convictions.
