Shooting victim in Murphy, NC dies
MURPHY, North Carolina (WDEF) – The victim of a shooting Tuesday in Murphy, North Carolina has died.
22-year old Kenneth Ryan Jones was shot in the head Tuesday afternoon in a dispute.
Bryan Crisp was picked up in Polk County a few hours later for committing the shooting.
He lead officers there on a high speed chase exceeding a hundred miles an hour.
Crisp will face drug and evading charges in Polk County.
When he is extradited back to North Carolina, he will now face a murder charge.
Investigators there say charges are pending against other people at the home where the shooting took place on Tuesday.
