Skating Rink employee charged with sexual assault of a minor

DAYTON, Tennessee (WDEF) – An employee of a Rhea county skating rink is in jail, facing a total of 17 counts of sexual misconduct.

A Rhea county grand jury indicted Michael D. Napier, a supervisor at the Crystal Springs Skating Rink of sexual battery by an authority figure.

He is charged with sexual assault and/or inappropriately touching the minor victim.

The alleged incidents occurred between March of 2020 and March of this year.
