Titans Hosting a ‘Baby Shower’ on Sunday

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) – The Tennessee Titans are asking fans to bring baby items to LP Field on Sunday as part of a pregame event they’re calling "Nashville’s largest baby shower."
Fans can bring such items as diapers sizes 2-5, formula, baby wipes, baby food, sleepers, infant thermometers and saline nose drops to LP Field’s charity drop sites from 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. CDT. The Titans host the Cleveland Browns at noon.
No baby powder or lotions are needed. Items will help mothers in need throughout middle Tennessee.
The Titans are hosting the event in conjunction with Nurses for Newborns Foundation of Tennessee, a group that was founded in 2001 by former Titans offensive tackle Fred Miller and his wife, Kim. The Millers gave nearly $2 million to the program.
