Victims identified in East Brainerd shooting

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police identify the victims in Monday’s shooting in East Brainerd.

22 year old Jasmine Hines and 23 year old Rashaud Taylor were killed at a home on Pinewood Drive.

The surviving third woman called 911 around 6:30 AM to say she had been shot, but she didn’t know were she was.

Police say they will not identify the surviving victim at this point.

A video circulating on Facebook shows the victims at the home Sunday night for a cookout before the shooting occurred.
