Uber Causing Distress For Chattanooga Taxi Drivers

In the past week, taxi drivers in Boston, Cedar Rapids and right here in Chattanooga have begun demanding elected officials make a decision on Uber, the ride sharing service. Chattanooga's City Council discussed the issue Tuesday but tensions are growing between Uber drivers and registered taxi cabs in the Scenic City.

Cigna Changes Their Handicapped Symbol

The old, iconic handicapped symbol has been around since most of us can remember. However, the insurance company called Cigna wants to change that. Their Chattanooga office now shows a slightly modified image. WDEF News 12's Alisha Searl takes a look at what that image is and why they say it's important for the community.

Chattanooga Rallies Behind Young Fire Victims

The Chattanooga area, and even surrounding states, are rallying around three small children who lost both parents in a fire last week. It happened on Houser Street. Neighbors tried to pull them out, but couldn't. Candy Lockhart died last week, and her husband, Randall, passed away Monday. Their three children all made it out alive. WDEF News 12's Alisha Searl takes a look at where those children are now, and what's being done to help them move on.
