East Ridge police investigating shooting on South Germantown Tuesday Night

EAST RIDGE, Tennessee (WDEF) – East Ridge Police are investigating a shooting Tuesday night.

Officers were called to South Germantown Road and Larry lane for a shots fired report around 10:15 PM.

While they were there, someone told them that a person showed up at a local hospital with a gunshot wound.

The victim said it happened at 608 South Germantown.

He was treated and released from the hospital.

East Ridge authorities say the investigation is continuing.
