Myles Stout Arrested Again in Chattanooga
A Hamilton County man who confessed to accidentally shooting someone at a Mountain Shadows home back in 2011 faces new charges.
Chattanooga police picked up Myles Stout Sunday for public intoxication.
Stout served two years in prison and received 12-years probation after a jury convicted him of reckless homicide. A judge ordered Stout to pay restitution to the family of Miles Compton to cover funeral and burial expenses.
