Family of a Road Rage Victim Speaks Out

A local family speaks out Thursday afternoon about a Chattanooga road rage incident. It happened several months ago at the intersection of South Moore and Terrace Roads. Richard Manning was suspected of killing Norman "Alex" Gallman, 39. Manning recently died in jail. Now, the case has been dismissed.
